Julie’s place is great! You can see all the love, time and effort she has gone to, to create a quirky fun space that’s so different to a standard air bnb. When we arrive the place was spotless and Julie had written us note with some great informative information. We had a great time there for my birthday and will definitely be coming back to stay in the future!

This is now the third time I've stayed here and it's still a wonderful experience. Not only is it a beautiful location, it's all the small and finishing touches that make this place stand out. Excellent quality in so many things, from the towels and bed linens to the items in the kitchen. It's also the overall wonderful feeling in the place. As soon as you step out of the car, it's the silence and then the birds and the river nearby. And then you step inside to the many surprises all around the place. As many reviewers have said, the photos are lovely but it's so much more in person. Also, great communication before, during and after. Highly highly recommend staying here. I'll be back again!

It is a hidden gem. I can vouch that pictures don’t do justice in providing enough information on the real feel and experience. The property is really well maintained and makes you feel like in a fairy land. My 9 year old daughter loved the cubby house and the pink bedroom.
The attention to detail is something which I would like to highlight so that we decided to spend more time indoors than sightseeing.
The host was really helpful and the communication was really nice and transparent.
I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice accommodation around Warburton.

We absolutely loved our stay at Julie's property. We spent a good hour looking at all the fine little details and cute trinkets. Julie has certainly captured the romantic, cottagey , fairytale like aesthetic. The photos don't do this place justice. The beds are also extremely comfortable, we had the best sleep. We will definitely be back. Also the owner Julie is lovely, very accommodating and exudes love and passion in sharing her home with others and making people's day.

Two generous and stylish bedrooms with en-suites both styled very differently add to the charm and a feeling of Alice in Wonderland feel for the rest of the home.
Far to many personal touches to name, however, nothing has been forgotten in terms of comfort.

Amazing place to stay! So many wonderful little details and surprises in the house and yard. The house has been lovingly and creatively renovated. Beds were huge and comfy, hosts were wonderful and the place was spotless. Only a 5 minute drive to Warburton where there are lovely shops and cafes, and a 15 minute drive to a beautiful rainforest walk 'Rainforest Gallery'. We really enjoyed our stay.

So much could be said of this house, because it is full of surprises. Heating is excellent as the weather is getting cooler. Quiet, comfortable and best of all, very special bathrooms. BBQ on the deck and kitchen with excellent cooking ware. Walking paths in easy reach, cafes with a difference in Warburton. We will be back in flash for our next sojourn south of the border.

Great property and exactly what we needed for a weekend away. The property is decorated with lots of quirky design features, and we were made to feel right at home, from the welcome sign next to the door, through to chocolates and other touches. The location is peaceful, and surrounding garden and scenery is brilliant, with proximity to nearby Warburton, and the wineries of the Yarra Valley making it a perfect place for a holiday.

Had a wonderful 3 nights stay here with my wife & 2kids. The backyard specially the deck, cubby house and touch of the forest at the bottom of the garden, was superb.
There are two proper bedrooms with attached bathrooms and all elegantly designed. The kitchen and main living area have all the necessary facilities.
Julie was very helpful for planning arrival, had left a very nice welcome package and was very quickly on hand for any queries we had.
Definitely would come again I had the best stay with my family and would highly recommend.

What a beautiful place! We went for my best friend's Bachelorette weekend and Julie (the owner) went above and beyond, making a game for us with all of our names and leaving out a beautiful table of sweets with fairy lights and tulle. The house itself is magical and unique with each room themed differently. Julie met us at the place and talked us through everything and was so warm and accomodating. We had a wonderful time!

There is never nothing to do here!! Andrea and Julie have created a psychedelic playground for adults to explore..! My partner and I literally felt like kids again finding all the little secrets and thoughtful touches. There has been thought put into every corner whenever you look, and the property grounds are simply stunning. We loved our stay and would love to come back!!

My partner and I had a great time.
Julie has really made this space feel special. Every room makes you feel you could sit and enjoy the space and dream away or take you to another place.
The main bedroom is sooo comfortable and the bath is a lovely treat too.
The sound of the running creek is soothing and We enjoyed cooking a BBQ the first night.
The only recommendation if you are travelling in summer and wish to sit on deck bring mosquito repellent or something to keep those mozzies away. The attacked me good haha.
Julie you really have put some heart and soul into this property and we really enjoyed the experience of staying.
I would definitely recommend to experience this place if you have not. A sheer woman’s delight!

Perfect space for a get away!! The house gives an amazing feel it’s full of quirky styling but makes it really special than having white clean walls. I’m always trying to find a place to stay that isn’t like a usual hotel or house that isn’t going to cost too much! My friend and i stayed one night at Julies. It was my first ever in an Airbnb. I was really impressed and Julie was so lovely and very responsive. The place was very clean. That was my worry prior staying in an Airbnb, but honestly I feel its better than a hotel. The little touches were so cute. Chocolate on arrival and lovely message from Julie. This house is a treasure of surprises! My friends and I absolutley adored the place. The attention to detail, cleanliness and decoration were something out of this world. It's an ideal location for either couples or a group of friends. Kitchen is well equiped and there are a few shops and restaurants just a short 5-15 minutes drive depending on which direction you go.

My family had such a lovely time. Yelena, my mother, enjoyed her surprise card, and was very touched. Isabella, my 10 year old daughter, absolutely loved her surprise - the crayons and her little nook. She also loved the fluffy bunny poncho (we will be looking out for one in Melbourne) and the dress ups. Just gorgeous.
Even my dad enjoyed the space and all the touches. I am happy to come back again and this time bring my family. We went to La La Falls and Walked the Trail in to Warburton. What a lovely area.
